I’ve found that when it comes to being healthy most people only think about exercise and eating when, in fact, it is so much more. Health is comprised of physical, mental, social, emotional, spiritual, and financial wellness. All of these categories can affect each other in either a positive or negative way, which is why it is so important to make sure that we take care of and properly maintain each area!
